Estrada & Partners is a real estate consultant, specialised in industrial plants, logistics parks, offices and other enterprise buildings. It’s placed in Barcelona and Madrid, and it has professionals with more than 40 years of experience in the real estate sector, to advise the clients about the sell or the rental of these spaces and properties on a corporate level.
In Crece we have collaborated with this client in the redesigning of their website. We have adapted the format of the page to a more modern model through web programming with the tool called Wordpress. When changing the website, the good position Estrada & Partners had has been kept and improved thanks to the good indexation of the more than 10.000 content files that are managed in this web.
With regard to the pane of management, we have added functionalities like a platform to create landing pages. In this template the content of images and texts is completed intuitively. These pages allow to generate an exclusive publication of a specific product and to redirect the advertising to the page itself directly.
