CaixaBank is one of the enterprises which have trusted us for one of their projects, called ImaginCafé.
ImaginCafé is a multidisciplinary space placed in the Pelayo Street in Barcelona, in the very heart of the city. It’s a center which unifies technology, innovation and music and it organises expositions, concerts, workshops and much more in different spaces: a cafeteria, an agora, work areas with free wifi, labs, game rooms…
In this context, CaixaBank left to Crece Agency the task of developing the signage of the establishment, from the typographies to the materials and placement of the signs, always following the identity line of the premise.
We decided to use a Stencil typography to give ImaginCafé and its signage an urban and modern character, in accordance with the millennial style which it identifies and the technological and innovative side which characterises it. As opposed, we used the wood as the material to connect with the traditional and natural part, keeping the contrast of the building itself, the design duality between the new and the vintage.
In addition, we integrated the signage in the building in a very discreet way so that it was part of the interior design, achieving a final result very cohesive at the same time as functional and aesthetically attractive, fulfilling with our idea of sustainable graphic design, at the service of the clients’ needs.
