Ohmygoood

Ohmygoood is the new online shop of Sex Toys Center. This ecommerce comes from the intention of the erotic supermarket chain to take the leap to online commerce, after more than 14 years in the business of sex toy sales through its specialized shops network, which is still growing.

This project was launched based on a proposal from Crece Agency to the client, in which we presented the benefits of complementing offline sales with the online platform. We took care of devising the project from scratch, starting with all the elements that make up the corporate identity of the new brand, which is very consistent with the company it represents in the digital context, Sex Toys Center. Once the naming and corporate identity have been designed, we take charge of the creation, design, programming, management and maintenance of the website.

Ohmygoood is a constantly evolving ecommerce, as we try to improve it day by day to achieve the goal of making it a competitive brand in the digital framework of the sale of erotic products in Spain.
At the moment, at Crece Agency we are in charge of the integral management of Ohmygoood. In addition to maintaining and optimising the website itself, we also manage all its peripherals, such as SEO, online reputation through user comments and reviews, and the regular running of promotions and discounts, among other digital marketing actions and strategies.

But we not only manage Ohmygoood’s digital marketing, we also handle order management, customer service by phone and live chat via instant messaging software integrated into the ecommerce, and contact with the logistics centre (shipments, order tracking, stock updates, etc.).

In terms of promotion, at Crece Agency we manage both the design and dissemination of promotional audiovisual pieces, giveaways and promotions, management of posts on the different social networks and strategic direction of SEM advertising, always with a view to optimising the client’s economic resources in terms of advertising. We also manage the graphic adaptation of the material in other promotional media that may be required, both online and offline.

Regarding the graphic and web design, at Crece Agency we wanted from the beginning to create a distinctive and genuine visual identity for Ohmygoood, with the aim of distancing it from the naïve style and tone that predominates among the direct competition of this erotic ecommerce. To do this, we used a formal and adult tone with a spicy touch, with which our target audience can easily be identified.

The main criteria we have followed to design Ohmygoood is to achieve maximum functionality and optimisation of the user experience. We designed all the iconography of the website, as well as writing the content and product descriptions, the implementation of payment gateways and other widgets and plugins that improve the experience and quality of Ohmygoood as an online shop. In addition, the web design is responsive, it’s perfectly optimised for mobile, which is a basic necessity for any ecommerce in the era of digital immediacy.
