Sex Toys Center is a Spanish enterprise which has revolutionised the idea of sex-shop as we know it. It presents a business model based on selling erotic products and sexual articles of all kinds in their XXL supermarkets distributed by the Spain territory.

In Crece Agency we’re lucky to collaborate with the brand in a transversal way, in every communication aspect surrounding it. At Crece Agency we are lucky enough to collaborate with the brand in a transversal way in all the communicative aspects that surround it. In other words, we work with Sex Toys Center on 360º marketing, having impact in several ambits of their strategic communication through graphic design, online marketing and reputation management, social media and events, inaugurations, other offline campaigns’ organisation and press appearances, among other things.

We manage the brand’s website, which is regularly updated with new content to enrich it and position it organically in search engines by optimising SEO, or promoting certain content through SEM. Writing, publishing and promoting the Sex Toys Center blog is part of the daily work we do for the brand. We generate content of interest to the target audience, such as articles on sexuality, wellness, curiosities, tips, sexual products, Kamasutra postures and other current news from the erotic world.

We also manage their social media strategically, using each of the new formats offered by the different platforms (IGTV, Instagram Stories, Facebook Business Suite, Creator Studio…) to get the most of them and enhance the presence and social relevance of the brand in the digital world.

We design and organise online and offline campaigns, such as giveaways, promotions and events. We organised a stand at the Barcelona Erotic Salon to raise awareness of the brand in the sector, with great success. For all this, we seek to unify the graphic design of each of the applications always following the corporate identity manual of Sex Toys Center, so all the colours, fonts and styles always represent the essence of the brand.

For each of the campaigns and events, we design the corresponding promotional graphic materials, both printed and digital, including flyers, tickets, roll-ups, billboards, promotional videos for digital screens and social media, landing pages, newsletters and press releases, among other things.

We’ve been working together with the brand for years to normalise sex and erotic products. This way, we want to break down the myths and taboos surrounding this sector, and at the same time achieve greater customer engagement with Sex Toys Center. In other words, we internalise the brand’s values and introduce them into our strategic communication actions in order to gain coherence when transmitting messages.
